Shipping and Returns Policy








We make every effort to provide you with fast, high-quality and accurate service, while maintaining the freshness and beauty of each bouquet.
Deliveries in the central area (including Ono Valley, Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Givatayim and the surrounding area): Orders received by 4:00 PM will be delivered the same day. Orders after this time will be delivered the next business day. For deliveries outside the central area, delivery will be made according to the availability of couriers and the distance of the destination. An estimated arrival time will be provided after the order is placed. We make efforts to contact the recipient prior to arrival.
If there is no answer, the stranger will be left at the door/neighbor/security guard at the discretion of the courier, or another time will be arranged (for an additional fee). Please note – the times listed are not valid during holidays, special dates or busy periods. It is recommended to make a reservation in advance.
Since these are fresh, delicate, and personalized flowers, returns or exchanges for bouquets cannot be made after delivery. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, flowers are defined as perishable goods and therefore cannot be returned. We invest our full attention and love in every arrangement – but if something happens that is not to your satisfaction, it is very important to us to provide our customers with a pleasant, transparent, and fair experience. Therefore, we will be happy to discuss and explore a solution. You can cancel an order up to two hours before the delivery date and receive a full refund. Cancellation will only be accepted after confirmation by phone or in writing from us. You cannot cancel an order that has been placed or has already been shipped.
