5.1 Orders may be placed on the website at any time; however, deliveries are prepared only during store operating hours.

5.3 Responsibility for the accuracy of the information rests solely with the customer. Incomplete or incorrect details may cause delays or cancellation.
5.4 The operator is not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or circumstances beyond control.
6. Order Confirmation Process
6.1 Upon receiving the order, payment details will be verified.
6.2 The order will be considered confirmed only after receiving authorization from the credit card company and generating an order number.
6.3 The customer will receive confirmation by email or SMS with order details.
6.4 In case of technical failure, out-of-stock item, or pricing error, the operator may cancel the order and notify the customer.
7. Prices and Payment
7.1 All website prices include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7.2 Prices do not include delivery fees unless specified.
7.3 Payment will be made via valid credit cards or other methods as detailed on the website from time to time.
7.4 If the credit card company declines the transaction, the order will not be processed until payment is resolved.

8. Order Cancellation by the Website Operator

8.2 In such cases, the customer will be refunded the full amount paid for the canceled item, using the same payment method.

9. Order Cancellation by the Customer
9.1 Flower Orders – may be canceled up to two hours before the estimated delivery time, provided preparation has not begun.
9.2 Return of Defective Product – only allowed on the day of receipt and only if a significant defect caused during delivery is proven. The customer must bring the product to the store for inspection. Refund, exchange, or credit will be issued only after written confirmation by the store.
9.3 Event Design Services – may be canceled up to 14 days before the planned event; deposits are non-refundable.
9.4 Cancellation Request Method – all requests must be submitted to customer service (by phone or email) and are valid only after written confirmation by the business.
Delivery and Shipping Policy
10. Service Areas
10.1 The website operator provides deliveries only within the Ono Valley and Central Israel areas, unless otherwise specified in the order and coordinated in advance.
10.2 If delivery is required to an address outside the service areas – the customer must confirm in advance with customer service whether delivery is possible and at what cost.
10.3 The operator reserves the right to update the list of service areas at any time.
11. Delivery Times
11.1 The delivery times listed below are approximate only. The business will make every effort to meet them but will not be responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond its control, including extreme weather, traffic congestion, holidays, logistical issues, or force majeure.

11.3 Same-day delivery is subject to product availability and logistical capacity.
12. Delivery Fees
12.1 Delivery fees vary according to destination and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
12.2 For deliveries outside the standard service areas – an additional fee may apply, to be coordinated with the customer.
12.3 The operator may change delivery fees from time to time.
13. Self-Pickup
13.1 Orders may be collected in person, by prior coordination only, from the store address: 3 HaYarden Street, Or Yehuda.
13.2 Pickup will take place during store operating hours as published on the website.
13.3 For self-pickup orders, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer at the moment of collection.
14. Incorrect Address / Recipient Unavailable
14.1 If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, the delivery may be delayed, and the customer will be charged an additional delivery fee for a second attempt.
14.2 If the recipient is not present at the address during delivery, the driver may, in coordination with the sender or recipient, leave the package in a reasonable and safe location (e.g., by the door, with a neighbor, or at security). From that moment, full responsibility for the product’s integrity passes to the customer, and the delivery will be deemed completed.
14.3 Alternatively, another delivery attempt may be made by agreement with the sender, subject to an additional fee.
14.4 The customer bears full responsibility for providing accurate and up-to-date information.
15. Delivery Acceptance
15.1 The delivery will be handed directly to the recipient or any person present at the address who declares they are authorized to receive it.
15.2 Upon delivery, the courier may request a signature confirming receipt.
15.3 If delivery occurs without a signature, it will still be considered successfully completed.
16. Delays and Non-Delivery
16.1 The business shall not be liable for delays caused by external factors beyond its control.
16.2 In exceptional cases where delivery cannot be completed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and offered an alternative or full refund.
16.3 Customers may not demand compensation beyond a refund or replacement product.

17.1 All products are based on fresh, seasonal materials, and slight variations in appearance and color may occur compared to the photos on the website.
17.2 The website operator undertakes to use only high-quality flowers, in accordance with the professional standards customary in the floral industry.
17.3 If a specific flower or element is unavailable, it will be replaced with a similar and equivalent item in color, style, and quality, at the discretion of the design team.
17.4 Responsibility for the product’s shelf life depends on following the care instructions provided on the website.
18. Food Products and Allergens
18.1 For products that include chocolates, wines, or other food items – responsibility for checking the ingredients lies solely with the customer.
18.2 Some products may contain gluten, nuts, sesame, milk, and other ingredients that may cause allergic reactions.
18.3 The website operator shall not be liable for any damage caused by allergy or sensitivity to any ingredient.
18.4 For special requests (for example, replacing a type of chocolate), the customer must specify this clearly at the time of ordering, subject to the business’s approval.
19. Alcoholic Products
19.1 The sale of alcoholic beverages is permitted only to customers aged 18 and above.
19.2 The courier or delivery driver is entitled to request identification upon delivery.

20.3 If an accessory item (such as a vase, ribbon, or decoration) is unavailable, it will be replaced with an equivalent item matching the photo as closely as possible.
21. Quality Commitment
21.1 The website operator commits to supplying products of the highest quality, ensuring freshness of flowers and proper condition of accompanying items.
21.2 If the customer believes that the delivered product does not meet this commitment, they must contact customer service immediately upon receipt, attaching clear photos.
21.3 After reviewing the case, the operator may offer a refund, store credit, or replacement, at the business’s sole discretion.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
22. General
22.1 The cancellation and refund policy below is determined in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the business’s own policy.
22.2 Any cancellation or refund request must be made by direct contact with the business’s customer-service department, either by phone or in writing (email / official WhatsApp message), and must include the order details.
22.3 A cancellation shall be considered valid only after written confirmation from the website operator has been provided.
23. Cancellation of Flower Orders and Deliveries
23.1 Flower or floral-arrangement orders may be canceled up to two hours before the estimated delivery time, provided that preparation has not yet begun.
23.2 If preparation has already started, cancellation will not be possible, and no refund will be issued.
23.3 Cancellation after the delivery has left the store will not entitle the customer to any refund, even if the delivery has not yet been handed to the recipient.
24. Cancellation of Event-Design Services
24.1 Event-design services may be canceled up to 14 days before the scheduled event date. In this case, the deposit paid at the time of booking will not be refunded.
24.2 Cancellation after that date will incur the full charge for the transaction, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the customer.
24.3 If the event date is changed, a new date will be coordinated according to the business’s availability, without any guarantee of maintaining the same conditions / prices.
25. Returns and Exchanges
25.1 Fresh products (flowers, plants, greenery) – may be returned only on the day of receipt, and only if a significant defect in quality or condition is found, as determined by a store representative.
25.2 Food and beverage products – cannot be returned / exchanged after delivery, for reasons of health and hygiene.
25.3 Decor items, vases, and gifts – may be returned within 48 hours of purchase, in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by a receipt.
25.4 If a product is found to be defective upon delivery, the customer may choose between a refund, store credit, or replacement, according to the business’s decision.
26. Refund Method
26.1 Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
26.2 If payment was made in cash, the refund will be issued in cash or by bank transfer, at the business’s discretion.
26.3 Delivery fees, if paid, will not be refunded unless the cancellation results from a mistake or fault on the part of the business.
27. Cancellation Initiated by the Business
